We are a ministry that was planted in the town of Savage, Maryland since 1929. We have made major strides to be affluent in our community, impacting in our cause, and functional in being a body of Christ. We are situated squarely between Baltimore and DC to effectively minister to this area. It’s amazing, what started in a tent has blossomed into a church that has walls but extends beyond them. Spreading across three campuses, Bethel is home to Bethel Assembly of God, Bethel Christian Academy (K3 - 8th grade), a vibrant Hispanic congregation, and countless outreach ministries to our neighboring communities. At Bethel, we have a saying, “When you’re here, you’re home,” and without question, we sincerely mean it! We are not perfect but we do our best to live out what it is to be home.
